The Job Onboarding Support Admin (Up to 2.1K | Tech | No Exp Required)
Build strong relationships with unmanaged merchants on the app platform.
Follow up on leads and assist merchants with onboarding via counter, email, Zendesk, calls, and other inbound channels.
Ensure onboarding applications are completed accurately and activated within SLA.
Handle merchant queries related to onboarding and application status through calls and emails.
Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
The Talent
At least 3 months of office admin experience
Self-motivated, with high degree of initiative and drive
Able to meet tight deadlines and produce quality work
