Duties and Responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Creating strategic HR plans
Administering compensation and benefits programs
Acting as a liaison between upper management and employees
Supporting the performance review process
Resolving conflict among employees
Ensuring compliance with employment laws
Forecasting future staffing needs
Oversees Office Administration
Requirements
Degree in HR Management/ Business Administration or related disciplines.
At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail/service industry
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing a team
Proficient in office software and management tools.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and Work Pass requirement
