The Job:
Own product lifecycle management - define product strategy, roadmaps, and positioning to achieve global revenue and profitability targets.
Develop business cases for new product-market opportunities, leading the product development process with R&D and NPI teams.
Drive market intelligence - analyze technology trends, customer needs, competitors, and emerging packaging innovations.
Lead pricing strategy through market research and value-based pricing models.
Plan and execute annual budgets and strategic reviews aligned with global sales teams.
Support global product launches, marketing communications, and technical events to strengthen market presence.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, R&D, operations, and sales to ensure timely scale-up and delivery of new solutions.
The Talent:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering/Business
1 - 2 years Sales Expereince in Lift, Elevator, Escalator
Construction & Facility Management Sales Experience is welcome as well
