We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team. No prior recruiting experience is required — just a willingness to learn, a great attitude, and strong communication skills.
What You’ll Do:
· Support the full recruitment process from sourcing to hiring
· Assist with job postings and updating job descriptions
· Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
· Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
· Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
· Help with employer branding initiatives and recruitment events
What We’re Looking For:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not required)
· Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
· A positive, team-oriented mindset
Nice to Have (But Not Required):
· Internship or academic experience in HR, Recruitment, or Sales & Marketing
· Familiarity with LinkedIn or other professional platforms
· Basic understanding of Human Resource (we’ll train you!)
