Customer Service Rep ($15.8/hour | Shifts | Tech)
Role Summary
You will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating limousine driver operations, ensuring seamless service delivery for our clients. This role requires commitment to a shift schedule, working from the office 5 days a week, including weekends, and the ability to work independently when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a group of limousine drivers, addressing their inquiries and providing timely support.
Ensure all job postings are accurately and promptly communicated to drivers.
Monitor and ensure drivers are punctual and prepared for their assigned jobs.
Maintain operational efficiency by multi-tasking during peak booking periods.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth coordination and execution of bookings.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Google Docs/Google Sheets.
Flexible and adaptable to dynamic operational needs.
