The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering our client, a famous Tech MNC

We are looking for a Site Coordinator

Work arrangement - 5 days work week (may need to work on weekend)

Work location - Tampines

The role will start out as a contract

Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Talent

Valid Singapore Class 3 or 4 driving license with a clean record (no major violations in the past 3 years).

Demonstrated technological proficiency: Comfortable using tablets, diagnostic tools, and basic software interfaces.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

A solid commitment to safety standards and compliance.

Comfortable with occasional lifting (less than 15kg)

Comfortable with working on weekend (5 days work week)

Plus Point - Certification in defensive driving or safety training (e.g., WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety).

Plus Point - Prior experience in depot operations, logistics, fleet coordination, vehicle operations, and/or control room operations.

Job Description

1. Site Operations & Vehicle Readiness

Act as the main point of contact for all on-site depot activities.

Oversee preparation and deployment of vehicles according to operational timelines, including cleaning, charging, pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and software updates.

Maintain accurate records for fleet status, shift attendance, and incident reporting.

2. Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with third-party vendors, fleet teams, security, and cleaning services to ensure seamless daily operations.

3. Compliance & Reporting

Ensure all logs, trip reports, and vehicle documentation are accurate and compliant with regulatory standards.

Participate in audits conducted by regulators or internal safety teams.
