The Job
Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze feedback from Driver-Partners to identify needs and improve their experience.
Code of Conduct Monitoring: Report violations to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
Issue Escalation: Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve Driver-Partner concerns.
Reward Campaigns: Plan and execute initiatives to recognize and reward Driver-Partners.
Educational Engagement: Conduct sessions on safety and quality to enhance Driver-Partner knowledge.
Event Support: Assist with engagement events, including packing, distributing items, and ensuring a positive experience.

The Talent
Driving license Class 3 /3Awith min. 2 years' experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with operational/event support
