Duties:
Temp Admin Assistants x 10 (3 to 6 Months Contract)
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Carries out administrative duties such as data entry, documentation, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Compile and prepare reports on monthly basis
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
Validation of invoices prior to payments.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Professional Certificate / Diploma in any field or equivalent
Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel, Word
Able to commit for at least 3 months.
Various different roles available, Office hours (Monday to Friday), 9am to 6pm
