The Job
Feedback Collection: Collect and analyze input from Driver-Partners to identify their needs and enhance their overall experience.
Code of Conduct Monitoring: Monitor and report any violations to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
Issue Escalation: Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve Driver-Partner concerns promptly.
Reward Campaigns: Design and implement initiatives to recognize and reward Driver-Partners for their contributions.
Educational Engagement: Deliver sessions focused on safety and quality to strengthen Driver-Partner knowledge.
Event Support: Assist in organizing engagement events, including packing, distributing items, and ensuring a positive experience for participants..
The Talent
Driving license Class 3 /3Awith min. 2 years' experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with operational/event support
