Job Description

Job Details:

• Location: Midview City

• Salary: $2,800 to $3,500

• Duration: Immediate - 3 Months (Convertible/Extendable)

• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm


Job Scope:

• Manage financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and executive expense claims.

• Support payroll administration and handle the processing of government-linked grants and subsidies.

• Oversee HR administration, including employee records, handbook updates, onboarding programs, and training coordination.

• Ensure corporate compliance with legal, insurance, work pass, and office health & safety regulations.

• Coordinate IT support, equipment provisioning for staff, and basic system training for new hires.

• Manage office vendors, supplies, maintenance, and logistical arrangements for meetings and events.

• Provide comprehensive administrative support across all departments and assist with audit preparation as required.


Requirements:

• Min Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience
