Job Requirement:
• Minimum qualification: N-Level and/or Nitec in Business Administration or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets/Doc
• Prior admin experience will be preferred
Job Responsibilities
• Handle daily office operations and provide general administrative support
• Maintain and organise company records, documents and internal files for easy retrieval
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails and other communication channels
• Support the team on various administrative projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
Working Hours:
• 10:00am – 7:00pm (Monday to Friday)
Salary: $2200 - $2500
