Key Responsibilities:

Member Experience & Customer Service

  • Deliver exceptional service at check-in, during purchases, and for all member enquiries — always with professionalism, friendliness, and Pineapple energy.
  • Build familiarity and trust with members so everyone feels welcomed and part of the Pineapple community.
  • Assist with class bookings, private session requests, and product recommendations.
  • Support in-gym events, activations, and campaigns to enhance member engagement and retention.

Front Desk Operations

  • Handle all front desk tasks including class check-ins, membership enquiries, retail purchases, and phone/email communication.
  • Process client transactions accurately (purchases, membership activations, freezes, renewals, cancellations) on Mindbody.
  • Manage daily opening/closing procedures to ensure smooth operations and a clean, ready facility.
  • Coordinate with coaches and the operations team on class flow, private session schedules, and studio needs.

Administration & Facility Support

  • Maintain stock levels for retail items, towels, and front desk supplies.
  • Ensure that studio facilities are maintained up to standards
  • Liaise with vendors and report facility issues promptly to keep the gym safe, clean, and fully functional.
  • Make sure the studio facilities are in top condition and always ready for use.
  • Support simple administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and member follow-ups.

Part-Time Shift Hours

  • Weekday Opening: 7am to 1pm
  • Weekday Closing: 4pm to 10pm
  • Weekend All-Day: 9am to 4pm

Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task and handle front desk operations efficiently
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, email, booking systems)
  • A natural people person that is easygoing, friendly, and someone others naturally connect with
  • Highly dependable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure, thrives in structured, fast-moving environments.
  • A strong communicator with a good command of English
  • Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • A true team player who keeps the vibes positive and the work flowing
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends/public holidays. Minimum. 2 weekday shifts a week.
