Position: Receptionist cum Admin
Working Days: 6 Days per Week
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage front-desk reception duties, including greeting customers and assisting with inquiries
- Handle bookings and schedule customer appointments
- Support sales, marketing, and general administrative tasks
- Maintain customer records and ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist in shop upkeep and coordination with management
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Minimum education: SEC 4 with a pass in 'O' Level English
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Responsible, reliable, and a strong team player
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
