Responsibilities
Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management, including calendar management and meeting coordination
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Format and prepare reports, presentations, and other corporate documents while maintaining confidentiality
Manage travel and accommodation arrangements for executives and related teams
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and phone calls, redirecting when necessary
Submit and track claims for travel, business, and other expenses on behalf of executives
Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping systems
Support office administration and assist the Office Director with ad hoc tasks when required
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Secretarial Studies, or a related discipline
Around 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar senior management support role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional business etiquette
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
