Description
- Gross Up to $3000
- Working Days : Mondays to Fridays
- Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (1 Hour Lunch Break)
- 1-year renewable contract
Location: Tai Seng MRT | Various locations available
Reception Duties
- Handling all telephone calls and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining tidiness of Reception area, holding area, meeting rooms and etc
Visitor Management
- Attending to all guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Issuance and recording of access cards to visitors/guests/CPR colleagues
Mail & Courier Management
- Recording of daily outgoing postage by department
- Arranging for outgoing couriers
Administrative
- Responsible for Ordering/Replenishing/Arranging/ Purchasing/Receiving deliveries of items
- Assist in event coordination and responsible for catering ordering as and when required
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Receptionist and Admin Assistant would be an advantage (administrative and clerical procedures)
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good verbal and written communication skills
