Project Administration Assistant


Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, organize, and file project documents, correspondence and reports to ensure proper documentation control.
  • Maintain and update registers for drawings, submissions and technical documents.
  • Ensure proper version control and systematic filing of all project records.
  • Track and record material deliveries, stock movements and material usage based on site updates.
  • Coordinate with site teams, storekeepers and the procurement department to maintain accurate material documentations.
  • Assist in basic quantity surveying tasks such as quantity take-offs, material summaries and preparation of progress claims.
  • Support daily project administration and ensure timely submission of documents to clients and consultants.
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned.


Requirements:

  • NITEC / Diploma in Business Administration/Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in the construction industry.
  • Entry-level candidates may also be considered.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
