To assist HR team with administrative duties including, but not limited to recruitment management, onboarding and exit management as follows:
HR Recruitment Coordinator (1 Year Contract) #SJN
Recruitment management
Post job advertisements on career portals
Manage scheduling of interviews for shortlisted candidates
Collation of necessary documents and ensure completeness of application for shortlisted candidates
Draft and collate offer package for successful candidates
Onboarding
Raise necessary IT systems and access pass for new hires
Prepare the Welcome Pack for new hires
Liaise with departments on new hire reporting details
Create personnel file for new hires
Create IT profile in HR system for new hires
Update system on new hires
Exit management
Draft relevant emails for staff who are leaving service
Arrange for exit interview with HR Business Partner
Update system on resignees
Others
Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirement
Good computer skills
Organized, meticulous and have a keen eye for detail
Patient and service oriented
Able to work independently
