Accounts Executive (Ref: GCL)


Job Description

Responsibilities:


Manage the full set of accounts accurately and efficiently.


Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and official receipts.


Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.


Maintain and manage petty cash transactions.


Act as a liaison between the organization and its clients.


Prepare and present monthly financial reports.


Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and mail handling.


Provide support for ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.




Requirements:


Minimum LCCI or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent and above


Experience in full-set of accounts


Proficient in MS Office


Familiar with accounting systems: QuickBook and Xero
