Job Details:
* Location: Sin Ming
* Salary: $2,800 basic
* Duration: 1 year direct contract
* Working hours: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend, 9am - 6pm (Will be Mon to Fri most of the time, but need to cover weekends if needed!)
Job Scope:
• Answer to email enquiries
• Attend to escalation matters
• Assist in administrative duties
Requirements:
• Prior customer service experience
