1-year renewable contract & completion bonus
Gross Up to $2300
Job Responsibilities
Reception Counter Management:
- Oversee mail/document handling, visitor/vendor coordination, mail posting, dispatch schedules, courier services, and mail franking.
Office Management:
- Monitor and restock office supplies, liaise with vendors for orders and payments, and handle invoice clearance
- Schedule maintenance and repairs for office equipments
- Track contract expiry dates and manage renewals & extensions
Administrative:
- Updating of new joiners into system
- Collecting of clearance form & any outboarding materials
- Maintain & update inventory
- Assist in event coordination
Gallery Sitting (Frontline)
- Warmly greet and assist visitors in person, on phone, and via email
- Assist with wayfinding and guide on audio/mobile device usage
- Manage email, phone inquiries, and group visit bookings
- Any ad-hocs
Requirements
Prior experience as a Receptionist and Admin Assistant would be an advantage
Willingness to travel to multiple locations in the central
Strong interpersonal skills, preferably bilingual
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital technologies
Good verbal and written communication skills
