Job Description

Customer Service Executive (Email enquiries) - up $2,800 basic

Location: Sin Ming

Working Hours: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend (Fri + Sat off OR Sun + Mon off)

Salary: up $2,800

Duration: 1 year contract (renewable)


Duties:


Reply to zendesk/email/chat enquires


Handle escalation cases via calls


Assist in walk-in enquiries when required


Assist in backend administrative duties



Requirements:


Singaporean only


No experience required
