Job Description

Our client is a Continuing Education & Training provider in the Education industry. They are looking for a Customer Service Officer to support their team in the next phase of their business. They have multiple locations across Singapore.


This Customer Service Officer would be responsible for:


Deliver professional, high-quality service in a customer-facing role.


Identify and assess customer needs to ensure consistently high service levels and satisfaction.


Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution efficiently within SLAs.


Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer support processes.


Collaborate closely with other departments to understand operational workflows and ensure a seamless client experience.


Requirements:


Minimum Diploma in any disciplines


Comfortable working on weekends
