Office Hours - Call Centre Executive/Customer Service | Jurong | > $2,000/month
Location: Near Jurong East MRT
Salary: $2,000 – $2,100
Working Hours: Office hours Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract (min 3 months commitment)
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls professionally and courteously
Respond to customer enquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
Provide accurate information on products, services, or processes
Update customer records and call logs in the system
Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required
Requirements
Minimum GCE “A” Level / Diploma (Training provided! No experience needed!)
Good communication skills
Proficient with microsoft applications and basic systems
Positive attitude, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
