Salary: $2400
Days: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
Location: Central Town Area
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails professionally
Respond to public enquiries and coordinate case follow-ups
Log, update, and track cases accurately in management systems
Support timely case resolution and internal reporting
Provide administrative, operational, and basic logistics support
Assist with data collation, simple reports, and tracking logs
Liaise with internal teams and support ad-hoc project tasks
Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection policies
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level / NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in contact center, customer service, or administrative roles will be an advantage
Basic computer literacy (email, data entry, Microsoft Office)
