Office Assistant / Administrative Executive


Job Description

Location: Near Outram Park MRT

Salary: $2,300 to $2,500 (Depends on experience and qualification)

Employment Type: Contract (12 months)


Job Scope

You will be part of a public health team supporting national health initiatives aimed at promoting a healthier population in Singapore. This role provides direct administrative and coordination support to senior leadership within the division.


Key responsibilities include:


Provide personal assistant support to senior management, including calendar management and coordination


Offer administrative and logistical support for meetings, events, and work-related trips


Assist with budget tracking, expenditure monitoring, and basic financial administration


Support financial processes related to programme and operational budgets


Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of activities


Perform other administrative duties as required


Job Requirements

Minimum tertiary education (Diploma) in any discipline


Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders


Strong organizational skills with attention to detail


Proactive, independent, and able to multitask effectively


Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Prior experience in public service and/or financial administration will be an advantage


Singaporeans only
