Assigned to office locations such as Buona Vista, Tuas, Central, and Tai Seng, with transportation provided for selected sites.
The Job
Any 3 - 4 days from Mondays to Fridays | 1-Year Renewable Contract
Between 8am to 6pm (1 Hour Lunch Break)
Required to travel to different locations for reception coverage | Buona Vista, Tuas, Central, and Tai Seng
Reception Duties
Handling all telephone calls and messages in a timely and professional manner
Maintaining tidiness of Reception area, holding area, meeting rooms and etc
Visitor Management
Attending to all guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Issuance and recording of access cards to visitors/guests/CPR colleagues
Mail & Courier Management
Recording of daily outgoing postage by department
Arranging for outgoing couriers
Administrative
Responsible for Ordering/Replenishing/Arranging/ Purchasing/Receiving deliveries of items
Assist in event coordination and responsible for catering ordering as and when required
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Receptionist and Admin Assistant would be an advantage (administrative and clerical procedures)
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Good verbal and written communication skills
