About the Role
We’re looking for a Retail Supervisor who is service-driven, hands-on, and experienced in managing retail floor operations and rostering.
Key Responsibilities
Engage customers with exceptional service to drive sales and brand experience
Proactively generate sales through walk-ins and phone enquiries
Maintain and uphold luxury service standards
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Support daily boutique operations including invoicing, packing, replenishment, stock receiving, and inventory checks
Ensure boutique cleanliness, visual merchandising, and presentation meet brand standards
Assist with staff rostering and shift planning
Requirements
Minimum ITE / Diploma / Degree
Prior experience in luxury retail or F&B
Roster planning experience is a must
Proficient in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office
Comfortable working weekends, public holidays, early-morning and late-night shifts
