Admin Assistant (Sales Support - Training Provided)
Location : Benoi Road
Working hours : Monday - Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
Process sales and service orders in SAP accurately and on time.
Ensure all supporting documents (quotes, POs, DOs) are properly filed and updated.
Track and follow up on open orders, deliveries, and service jobs.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers and distributors on order status and service updates.
Coordinate with Service, Sales, and Accounts teams to resolve issues promptly.
Other ad-hoc activities assigned
