Office Admin cum Receptionist (1-Year Contract)


Location: Central

Working Hours: Standard office hours, with occasional flexibility

Contract Length: 1 year (possibility of extension)


About the Role:

We’re looking for an organized Office Admin cum Receptionist on a 1-year contract to support office operations, greet visitors, and handle administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:


Perform general office admin duties such as managing mail, deliveries, and basic documentation


Assist during facility maintenance or repair works


Provide front desk coverage when the receptionist is unavailable


Maintain and update simple Excel tracking sheets (e.g., headcount, office expenses)


Support basic PowerPoint presentations and reporting tasks


Requirements:


Prior experience in administrative or office support roles


Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint


Strong organizational skills and effective communication


Flexible availability for occasional late shifts to support facility work
