The Job
Analyze and organize data to optimize sales processes and support data?driven decision?making
Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide insights into sales performance and operational efficiency
Coordinate with the customer support team to validate disputed orders from key big accounts and compile them into actionable reports
Oversee the merchant billing process to ensure accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and maintain billing integrity
Service key accounts by addressing ad?hoc issues, fostering strong relationships, and improving operational efficiency
The Talent
Experience with Microsoft Word/Powerpoint/Excel Skills is a must (knowledge of functions such as vlookup, pivot tables, INDEX MATCH, IF statements).
Experience working with data, either through coursework, internships, or projects (e.g., analyzing datasets, creating reports)
Knowledge of Salesforce, PowerBI, SQL and any other programming language
Ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data and ensure accuracy in reporting
