We are looking for Call Center/Customer Service Executives.
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer support across all communication channels, including phone and email.
Identify customer needs by researching issues and providing effective, strategic solutions while addressing any concerns or confusion.
Ensure first-contact resolution where possible, and coordinate follow-ups with service partners and internal teams to achieve timely case closure in line with service standards.
Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflow and customer experience.
Build strong, long-term customer relationships by consistently going the extra mile to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Perform any other duties assigned by management in support of operational effectiveness and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
Job Requirements:
Min GCE ‘O’ Level or Higher NITEC with at least 2 years of experience in handling contact centre cases in a call centre or service industry environment.
Proficient in MS Office applications with excellent keyboard skills
Possess good customer handling skills with a positive mindset
Team player who is able to adapt in a fast paced environment
Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
Working Hours & Salary:
8am - 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)
Location - Bedok
$12/Hour
AL & ML after 3 months of commitment
