I am supporting my client, a renowned Beauty MNC to support HR operations across APAC. This role ensures strong data accuracy, smooth execution of HR processes, and support for talent and learning programs.
5 days work/ Office Hour - Hybrid Work Arrangements
Working Location: Central
Salary: Up to $5500
12 months contract (renewable / conversion subjected to performance and business directions)
Job Responsibilities
Manage HR data and reporting, ensuring accuracy across dashboards, employee lists, and profiles.
Conduct regular audits to maintain data quality and operational excellence.
Provide logistical and administrative support for Learning & Development activities.
Coordinate Graduate Program, including engagement and lifecycle processes.
Handle PO and invoice management, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Job Requirements
Diploma or degree in Business Administration or HR
Min 5 years of professional experience within HR Partnering, Learning & Development, or HR Operations teams, preferably within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or retail environment.
Possess good verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel and Word
Resourceful and possess good interpersonal skills to interact well with all levels
Able to adapt well in a fast-paced and challenging environment
