Job Description

Key Account Manager (100% Account Servicing)


Location: Penjuru Lane (company transport provided from Jurong East MRT)


Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)


Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $7,500 + Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits


Duration: Permanent


Industry: Food products supplier




Main Responsibilities:


Develop and sustain strong relationships with key clients


Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from key accounts


Act as the main point of contact between key clients by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling


Communicate and collaborate with the marketing, purchasing and logistics departments to meet client expectations


Negotiate contract renewals and pricing agreements, ensure mutually beneficial terms for both the company and key clients


Meet established deadlines for the submission of promotion plans


Lead a team of merchandisers to ensure work effectiveness 


Plan and implement new product launching activities


Prepare reports of sales progress and forecasts


Any other duties as assigned




Requirements:


Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications


At least Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field


Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in  / Modern Trade


Prior experience in key account management


Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications as well as CRM software
