Admin Assistant/Receptionist
Location : Orchard
Working hours : 5 Days Retail Hours (Tuesday & Wednesday fixed off)
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4500 + 14 Days Leave

Main Responsibilities:
Support Directors and Branch Principal in daily school operations and administration
Handle communication with parents, students, and enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Assist in planning and coordinating school events, competitions, exams, workshops, performances, and overseas trips
Manage front desk duties including attendance taking, CRM updates, student onboarding, and fee collection
Welcome parents and students and promote school classes and programmes
Handle equipment sales and maintain stock records
Supervise students at reception to ensure orderly movement and behaviour
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
1 year of relevant working experience in customer service roles would be advantageous.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
