Job Description

Permanent role

Basic + AWS + VB

Able handle formulas in spreadsheet




Calendar Management:


Schedule meetings, appointments, and events.


Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure availability and logistics.


Email Correspondence:


Manage and prioritize incoming emails.


Draft responses and follow-up on pending matters.


Document Preparation:


Create, format, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports.


Compile information and data as needed.


Communication Liaison:


Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external parties.


Relay messages accurately and promptly.


Meeting Support:


Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings.


Take minutes and distribute action items as required.


Expense Management:


Track and reconcile expense reports.


Coordinate with finance department for timely processing.


File Management:


Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.


Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.


Task Prioritization:


Assess urgency and importance of tasks, and prioritize accordingly.


Anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues.


Special Projects:


Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned.


Conduct research, gather data, and provide analysis as necessary.


Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and various business documents
