Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage Purchase Orders for site materials and services
Assist in the preparation and updating of Bill of Quantities (BQ)
Process and track progress claims and supporting documentation
Handle purchasing activities, including sourcing, price comparison, and coordination with suppliers
Maintain proper documentation and filing of site records
Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
Monitor material usage and update records accordingly
Support general administrative duties related to site operations
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Administration, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in site administration or construction admin work
Good organizational and record-keeping skills
Strong communication and coordination skills
Able to work independently at site
Experience working in construction or renovation projects
Knowledge of basic construction materials and terminology
