Job Description
Corporate Secretary Duties (Incorporation and Secretary documents preparation, KYC and customer due diligence check, Secretary documentation filing)
Data entry
Perform admin duties.
Payroll calculation, CPF submission, Personal income tax submission
Provide ad hoc duties assigned by head of department
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
Willing to learn, hardworking, independent, self-driven and able to work under pressure
Team player
