Responsibilities:
* Manage and monitor the financial system to ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial records.
* Handle daily Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions, ensuring proper recording and maintenance in the system.
* Perform cash and bank reconciliations accurately and completely.
* Prepare audit schedules and assist with annual statutory audits.
* Provide administrative support to the Finance Department.
* Offer IT administrative assistance, including coordinating with the Global IT Department for scheduled system updates and maintenance.
* Carry out general office duties such as filing, document storage, handling phone calls, and maintaining document security.
* Undertake any other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* Minimum Higher Nitec in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or an equivalent qualification.
* Relevant working experience will be an advantage.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Meticulous, proactive, and adaptable to changes.
* Possesses a hardworking, eager to learn, with a positive and “can-do” attitude.
