Accounts cum HR Assistant
Location : Jalan Pemimpin
Working hours : 9am to 6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + Performance Bonus + 12 Days Leave

Main Responsibilities:
Administrative coordination and support
HR recruitment and employee documentation
Maintain Info-Tech HR system
Accounts receivable: invoicing, collections, data entry
Accounts payable: POs, approvals, payments
Process commission payments
Handle stock transactions and reconciliations
Ensure accurate SQL system entries
Provide backup support to senior staff
Other ad-hoc activities
Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting or related fields
At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
