Sales Admin Officer
Location : Raffles Place
Working hours : 5 days work week, Monday - Friday : office hours (11am -7pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3700 + Performance Bonus

Industry: OPERATORS AND CHARTERERS OF BARGES, TUGBOATS AND BUMBOATS (FREIGHT)
Main Responsibilities:
Process sales orders, confirmations, and invoices accurately and promptly.
Verify customer information, pricing, and payment details.
Liaise with customers via phone and email to resolve enquiries or obtain missing information.
Maintain and update sales records, contracts, and customer databases.
Prepare regular sales reports and assist with data analysis.
Coordinate internally with operations, logistics, and finance to expedite orders and deliveries.
Channel customer feedback to relevant departments for follow-up.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales administration or customer service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
