Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations & email correspondences
Coordinate, schedule, and support meetings and calendars.
Manage IT operations including coordinating with IT vendor
Maintain records, files, including confidential information and prepare reports/presentation materials.
Coordinate with vendors & clients.
Supporting the managing director with travel coordination and other necessary administrative duties
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in marketing or other relevant discipline.
3-5 years of administrative experience.
Proficient in IT and MS Office
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English.
