Procurement Administrator Required in Singapore


Job Description

As a Procurement Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting procurement operations by managing tender project processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.


Manage and support tender project processes, ensuring smooth execution and compliance.


Maintain accurate and well-organized records in Procurement SharePoint folders.


Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies and procedures.


Provide essential administrative support to the procurement team, including documentation and coordination.


Keep procurement paperwork, records, and deadlines on track with strong organizational skills.


Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.


Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and value for the company.


Analyze supplier proposals and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.


Solve problems proactively as they arise during the procurement process. 


Who We’re Looking For


This is a 12-Months Contract position


Minimum 1 year experience in any field, prior exposure to procurement processes is a strong advantage


Proficient in Microsoft Office


Strong interpersonal and communication skills


Mature thinker with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
