Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment activities (job posting, screening, interview coordination, onboarding).
Prepare and issue HR documentation (employment contracts, confirmation, transfer, resignation/termination letters).
Maintain employee records and update HRIS system.
Support payroll processing including attendance, leave, claims, allowances and OT reconciliation.
Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
Handle HR operations including leave administration, statutory claims and government submissions.
Administer staff benefits (medical, insurance, claims) and coordinate renewals.
Support employee engagement activities and general HR projects.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2 years of HR experience (payroll and work pass experience preferred).
Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Meticulous, organised and able to multitask independently.
Good communication skills and able to handle confidential information.
Immediate or short notice candidates preferred.
