The Opportunity:
Perm Role | Up to $3000
Location: West
5 days work week: 8am to 4.45pm
Our client operates in the iron and steel foundries sector, with activities related to the production and trading of foundry products such as ferrous castings and related metal components.
You will be part of their Finance team assisting with the billing, order management, shipment tracking and assisting in month end reports.
The Job:
Process and manage orders accurately in SAP and Excel in a timely manner.
Monitor orders and backlogs, proactively updating customers on any changes or delays to prevent escalation.
Liaise with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery or collection of goods.
Respond to customer requests for shipping information and provide necessary updates.
Maintain backend records, perform data entry, and keep spreadsheets updated.
The Talent:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Basic Finance knowledge
Knowledge in using SAP
Comfortable to work in fast paced environment
