Job Summary
Manage comprehensive accounting functions to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with statutory requirements, supporting the company’s operational and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and manage full sets of accounts to ensure financial integrity and completeness
- Update and post accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and general ledger (GL) transactions to support timely financial reporting
- Prepare detailed schedules for Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets to facilitate financial analysis and decision-making
- Perform bank, AR, and AP reconciliation statements to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies in financial records
- Submit GST and other mandatory statutory board reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide ad-hoc accounting and administrative support as assigned by the Manager to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum O-Level qualification.
- Applications from recent graduates with a strong passion for accounting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented and committed to safety and compliance.
