We are hiring an HR cum Admin Assistant to support human resources and administrative functions within a skin care and cosmetics manufacturing company located in North – Ang Mo Kio. This is a permanent role with a standard 5-day work schedule (Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm). What You’ll Be Doing
Manage incoming phone calls by answering, transferring, and accurately relaying messages to the relevant departments.
Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support, including typing, printing, filing, mailing, and courier coordination.
Track, renew, and follow up on insurance policies, infrastructure permits, and required certifications.
Coordinate with vendors on the purchase, renewal, maintenance, and enquiries related to equipment, machinery, devices, and assets.
Prepare and raise purchase orders in the SAP system.
Support staff attendance tracking and HR-related purchases.
Maintain accurate records of staff leave, employee particulars, and related HR data.
Assist with recruitment activities, including preparation of application forms and related documentation.
Support company functions, employee welfare initiatives, events, and provide assistance for ISO & GMP matters.
Assist in maintaining HR and ISO guidelines, policies, and documentation.
Prepare arrangements for new employees, including orientation coordination and PC access setup.
Pack courier items and arrange dispatch with courier service providers.
Prepare and document minutes for monthly departmental meetings and ISO meetings.
Coordinate and follow up on employee training programs and courses.
Arrange, update, and schedule annual check-ups for employment-related matters.
Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Management and HR Department.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum ITE qualification or a relevant HR certificate.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role.
Prior experience with Infotech system is an advantage.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
