Jobs Responsibilities

1 Year Contract Bank HR Operations (Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle) #BLM

Handle new hire onboarding activities including profile creation, first-day support, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.


Process staff movements such as transfers, secondments, conversions, and cessations in a timely and accurate manner.


Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders to track and complete post-employment checks, including proper documentation in Workday.


Assist with Representative Notification Framework submissions and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.


Handle foreign pass applications and related administrative processes.


Ensure proper documentation, data integrity in Workday, staff card management, and timely communication with stakeholders.




Job Requirements


Min. Diploma/Degree in HR


Prior HR experience required
