Adecco is partnering with an established international manufacturing company, and they are looking for a Sales Support Executive to support daily sales operations and customer coordination. The role involves order processing, managing customer inquiries, and working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Role Details
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: West region
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
Salary Package: Up to SGD 4,200 monthly + Bonus
The Job:
Process customer orders, prepare invoices, delivery orders, and packing lists for shipment.
Liaise with customers, vendors, and internal teams on order status, delivery timelines, and issue resolution.
Support the sales team in managing customer accounts and responding to customer inquiries.
Monitor order fulfilment, shipment progress, and follow up on outstanding payments when required.
Occasionally support product presentations, customer visits, or warehouse operations to understand products and fulfilment processes.
The Talent:
Diploma or Degree with experience in sales support, order processing, or customer service.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment handling multiple orders and product lines.
