Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support Executive (Industrial Automation / Letter of Credit) JL50
Prepare Daily Sales Report
Process RMA – manage full cycle of return goods from customers
Input sales orders; issue Delivery Orders and invoices; ensure data accuracy
Provide proforma invoices to the Sales Coordinator for payment purposes
Prepare shipping arrangements and coordinate delivery schedules
Monitor and update inventory stock movements and price records in the system
Input Purchase Orders and send to factories, ensuring data accuracy
Liaise with the Logistics Department to ensure timely deliveries
Upkeep and maintain a proper filing system
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in the same industry and/or handling Letters of Credit is an advantage
Comfortable and adaptable to ongoing system implementation and process changes
