Key Responsibilities:
Maintain high standards of client servicing and patron experience.
Oversee event operations, including planning and casual staff management.
Prepare cost estimates for potential hirers.
Plan and customize manpower deployment for events.
Planning of event logistics allocation, liaising with other departments as needed.
Prepare event-related documentation and coordinate operational execution.
Develop usher training materials and conduct annual training sessions.
Coordinate with official caterers to ensure seamless execution of catering set-ups.
Assist in developing and managing outsourcing contracts.
Serve as the liaison for ticketing matters with appointed ticketing agents.
Monitor and manage the departmental budget.
Handle procurement of departmental items.
Address feedback from patrons and hirers professionally.
Assist in managing guided tour bookings and conducting tours.
Contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
Work on ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the department head.
Requirements:
Diploma or higher in Events Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
3-5 years of relevant experience in venue operations, front-of-house, or customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
